This week was amazing and a lot of crazy things happened. We have put a baptismal date with Lucia our neighbor. Miracles have continually passing in her life and I am grateful to have been part of them. Sadly I wont be here to see her get baptized but Ill be able to talk to her from home. We had an emergency transfer and my buddy Elder Stauffer and I are officially companions. Some huge miracles. The truth is I love this kid and he is helping me end my mission in the way I desire. I never thought I would be working as much as we are and I am about to go home! It makes me happy to know I will end my mission with honor.
My zone leader and I went on splits and we taught one of the investigators that the sister missionaries have right now. His name is Gonzalo. He is going through a lot of tough things in his life and is sooo close to be baptized. The lesson we had was amazing. The spirit was cutting the air and we all felt it. We talked about the Atonement and my tesimony was nutritioned as I watched this man repent in front of us. He is now one step closer to his baptismal day. Gonzalo has marked my life in the lessons he has taught me as I have taught him.
The Atonement of Christ is powerful. Its real. What happens when we make mistakes? Think a little. You sin what happens? Who can help us? How can we be worthy and pure enough to dwell with God the Father again? Knowing that our purpose here is to gain and body and be able to make it back to Heavenly Father, how do we do it? Because the last time I checked we are kinda stupid sometimes, and other times really stupid. Christ suffered. Christ died. Christ resurrected., and He did it so you, me, and everyone can live again, and have the oppurtunity to repent and become pure and clean through HIM. Okay, you sin and feel bad now, look how great that is! You feel the pain. It hurts!! Now you can change, or you can stay the same and keep hurting. Please take the steps to change. Repent and love the new you. Yes it sounds hard, scary, and yes change is rough. It requieres effort we dont always put in. One has to WANT to change or it doesnt happen. Choose today that you will always repent when needed. Do it. Love it and see the blessing role in. Just like a nice ten foot, perfectly roled putt, Christ and our Father in Heaven will role blessings into your life. I promise you its worth it. I know Christ lives. He loves you. He wants you on His side in this war against Satan. Stay strong. Love you Father in Heaven. Now friends, family, and others I may not know lets Choose the Right.
